Yes, everything we do at Leverage Lens is entirely legal. Our approach is designed to work within the law while leveraging your rights to free speech, transparency, and accountability.

In fact, we anticipate that the odds are high the police may be called during some of our campaigns—usually out of frustration or as a desperate attempt to intimidate us. However, this doesn’t deter us; we know how to maneuver through this process and even turn it to your advantage.

You cannot simply call the police on someone exercising their lawful rights, and attorneys—being experts in the law—know this. If the police are called, it provides us with an opportunity to document the interaction and investigate the exact nature of their complaint. In many cases, this becomes valuable evidence to show Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (IIED) or other misconduct on the part of the plaintiff or their attorney. If this happens, we’ll work with you to pursue additional claims or escalate the matter further through appropriate legal channels.

At Leverage Lens, we don’t just react—we use every move the opposition makes to build your case, gain leverage, and increase pressure. You can feel confident knowing that our actions are fully legal, strategically sound, and designed to put you in control.

The timeline of a Leverage Lens campaign is entirely up to you. While we expect immediate submission from the plaintiffs attorney, the next steps are in your hands. You’ll be in the driver’s seat, deciding whether to conclude matters or escalate further to maximize your leverage and results.

Your Options:

• Part Ways: If you’ve achieved your desired outcome, you can choose to walk away knowing you’ve regained control.
• Push Further: If you want to hold the opposing party fully accountable, you can investigate their actions further, exposing weaknesses and creating additional opportunities to negotiate.

At this point, you hold the power to shape the outcome. Consider pursuing the following:

1. Your Attorney Fees: Demand full reimbursement for any legal expenses incurred. If you’ve been forced to spend money defending yourself against frivolous claims, it’s only fair to ask for those costs back.
2. Emotional Damages: If their actions caused undue stress or harm, you can explore potential claims for emotional damages or harassment.
3. Policy Changes: Push for systemic reforms within their law firm, such as stopping specific high-volume litigation practices.
4. Contact Other Defendants: We will contact the plaintiff attorneys other defendants - and see if they want to join the campaign. This rapidly raises the stakes in your favor. 
5. A Clean Break: You may also negotiate terms that ensure the law firm refrains from targeting you or your business in the future, giving you long-term peace of mind.  

Flip the Script:

By this stage, the opposing party will likely feel the same level of discomfort and pressure that you experienced when you were first served. The balance of power has shifted, and their future is in your hands. You can:

• Negotiate a favorable settlement that not only resolves your case but also reimburses you for all costs.
• Escalate the pressure to challenge their entire operation, impacting their credibility and business model.

Your defense attorney is absolutely welcome to participate, and we’re happy to work alongside them if needed. However, it’s important to understand the difference in approach: traditional attorneys often operate within a slow, expensive process that prolongs cases unnecessarily.

Leverage Lens is designed to deliver results quickly and decisively. Our strategies focus on immediate action, applying unrelenting pressure and disrupting the opposing side’s tactics. In fact, our methods are so aggressive and effective that many cases are resolved before your defense attorney even has time to fully engage.

That said, we respect the role of legal counsel and will coordinate with your attorney as necessary. But know this: we come to blow past the opposition, leaving them scrambling while traditional defense strategies are still getting started. I heard you cannot harass someone who sues you for labor violations or anything else. Is this true?

Absolutely, and we agree 100%. Harassment is illegal, and at Leverage Lens, we are committed to staying fully within the boundaries of the law. Our approach is not about harassment—it’s about transparency, accountability, and strategic pressure based on facts.

Here’s an important distinction: the legality of your actions often depends on how they are framed.

• For example, making statements like “I’m going to punish this attorney” could be perceived as harassment because it implies personal retaliation.
• However, framing the situation as “I’m going to ensure transparency on a matter of public interest” transforms it into a protected action under free speech laws. Transparency is not retaliation—it’s about ensuring accountability, especially when dealing with matters that may impact others or highlight systemic issues.
