At Leverage Lens, we don’t just fight back—we make them destroy themselves. Our campaign against predatory attorney Fletcher Schmidt is a textbook case of how strategic disruption, psychological pressure, and public exposure can turn the tables on those who think they’re untouchable.
Phase 1: The Van That Started It All
We knew Fletcher Schmidt was a tough attorney, but we also knew his fatal weakness: his ego. So, we rented a U-Haul van and custom-wrapped it with an unmissable message:
“Your neighbor is a predatory attorney who files frivolous lawsuits against small businesses. Everyone should know.”
We parked the van right in his neighborhood without revealing who was behind it.
Fletcher lost his mind. Unable to find the source, he frantically started calling every vehicle wrap company in Los Angeles, at all hours, demanding answers. These companies later told us he sounded furious and borderline unhinged, harassing their staff to track down who was responsible.
Eventually, he managed to get the van towed for violating U-Haul policies. But by then, we had what we needed—proof that Fletcher could be easily manipulated into self-destruction.
Phase 2: The Sting Operation & the Wanted Poster
With Fletcher’s emotions spiraling out of control, we moved to Phase 2—a carefully planned sting operation designed to make him reveal his true character on camera.
We placed yard signs throughout the Hollywood Hills, along Fletcher’s daily route. These signs, mixed in with standard political signs, called him out for his predatory behavior.
We knew he wouldn’t be able to resist.
Sure enough, Fletcher and his wife, Elaine Schmidt, personally drove around in a fit of rage, ripping down every sign that mentioned him—while leaving all the other signs untouched.
What they didn’t know? We had hidden cameras rolling.
Caught red-handed, Fletcher and Elaine proved exactly what we wanted:
And then came the final blow.
After we reviewed the footage, we suspected it was Elaine Schmidt herself who was stealing our property—but we weren’t 100% sure. So we put up a “WANTED” poster asking the public to help identify the person in the footage.
The result? Within hours, someone came along and duct-taped over both Elaine’s and Fletcher’s faces on the posters—fully censoring their identities.
This wild West behavior has earned Fletcher Schmidt and Elaine Schmidt even more self induced shame. People who have known the Schmit’s for years are watching in shock and awe as the Schmidt’s former good standing in the community falls apart.
Phase 3: The Unthinkable Just Happened
The Plaintiff’s Attorney Wants Out—But the Defendant Refuses.
This does not happen.
In the history of litigation, this may be unprecedented.
The attorney who filed the lawsuit now wants to walk away—but the defendant is refusing.
Let that sink in.
Paul K Haines, Fletcher's boss and founding partner of Haines Law Group is now scrambling, sending emails to the staffing agencies former attorney saying:
“We have attempted to resolve this multiple times, but have been rebuffed every time”
Let’s be clear: They want out.
They never expected pushback like this. They thought this would go like every other lawsuit—file the claim, pressure the defendant, force a settlement, and collect their check.
But This Time, Leverage Lens Won’t Play the Game.
Why? Because the damages are real and significant - think 7 figures.
This is leverage at a level never seen before.
This is turning the system upside down.
This is forcing those who weaponize lawsuits to finally feel the weight of their own tactics.
We Don’t Let Them Walk Away Without Paying for the Damage They’ve Caused.
This is the Leverage Lens strategy.
If you’ve been targeted with a fraudulent claim, you don’t have to settle on their terms.
With the right pressure, we don’t just make them settle—we make them pay what they should.

FOR MORE INFO:
Fletcher Schmidt thought he could fight back.
At first, he reacted with pure rage. He had the van towed, not once, not twice, but multiple times. He thought escalation would make the problem go away.
But then reality hit him.
He realized he had no control.
Now, he refuses to tow the van. He drives by it every single day, knowing it sits there humiliating him, but he won’t touch it. BECAUSE HE KNOWS WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF HE DOES.
Because the truth is, there is nothing he can do.
Fletcher tried to fight back—and failed. Now, he is completely paralyzed.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD HAS SPOKEN – HALF OF THEM HATE FLETCHER SCHMIDT
As part of our investigation, we have interviewed many of Fletcher Schmidt’s neighbors. And one thing is absolutely clear:
Every day, Fletcher drives past the van knowing half of his own community thinks he’s scum.
This isn’t just a legal battle anymore.
This is Fletcher Schmidt vs. his own reputation.
And he is losing.
THE BEST PART? FLETCHER WAS JUST THE FIRST
This does not end with him.
The campaign is spreading. The other associates at Haines Law Group are next.
The slow destruction of Haines Law Group has already begun.
The only question is: Who will be the first to jump ship before it all falls apart?
🚨 Updates will be posted in real time. Stay tuned.
